I have traveled to nearly every continent in the world and to dozens and dozens of countries. I've also worked in the field of business for over 30 years. I can honestly say I have never received such excellent service as I did with Hoponlux. The level of communication between the owner, chauffeur and myself was outstanding. No matter whether it was calling, emailing or texting, I received a response almost instantaneously every single time. I was treated like a true VIP from the moment I stepped out of the airport into the vehicle until the moment I arrived at my hotel (and then several days later from the hotel back to the airport). This company is terrific. Spotless, modern, well maintained cars. Professional, polite, great communicators, amenities offered (water, wipes, charging cables) and handled my flight delays with grace and aplomb. They know what they are doing. Didn’t leave me out to dry when things on my end went awry. My go to, and I highly recommend them.
